KIZUNA
RETREAT
Welcome to KIZUNA
Kizuna (絆) is a Japanese term that describes deep connection—between people, between humans, nature, Earth, and the universe. Kizuna is the invisible bond that connects us with one another and with the world around us.
In a time when so much feels fast-paced and fragmented, we invite you to consciously experience, nurture, and embody this sense of connection. Kizuna is about creating spaces where reconnection becomes possible—to yourself, to others, and to what lies at your very core.
Why Kizuna?
Because connection is the foundation of true community. Because we as humans need spaces where heart, awareness, and presence can resonate together. In our retreats, you experience exactly that: a space held by mindfulness, openness, and the conscious creation of shared experiences.
Kizuna is more than a retreat—it is a living field in which reconnection, healing, and personal development go hand in hand.
Who We Are

How We Work
Our work weaves together heart, presence, and awareness:
-
Group retreats: shared experience, exchange, and connection
-
Individual sessions: personal processes in a protected space
-
Presence & heart: everything arises from the space of the heart
-
Dialogue & awareness: we meet what is present in the moment
Each encounter, each practice, and each exercise is designed to help you feel yourself, open up, and reconnect—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you.
Our Place
The retreats take place at the Ostsee Herrenhaus—a powerful, tranquil location surrounded by nature, offering space for slowing down, community, and retreat.
