发气 fāqì – Techniques for Energetic Guidance in the Meridian System April 10–11, 2027 发气 fāqì describes, within inner cultivation and Neigong traditions, the ability to consciously regulate, guide, and finely perceive the quality of Qi. Historically, fāqì is understood as an advanced expression of internal Qi cultivation, developed through breath, posture, and awareness practices. In certain lineages, it is regarded as an essential aspect of cultivating one’s energetic presence.
This advanced training systematically differentiates fāqì techniques into 内气 nèi qì and 外气 wài qì and integrates them into the treatment of the meridian system.
