kindness. from what i know kindness is often quiet. it shows up as attention, patience, not turning away. from what i know it can be honest, firm, uncomfortable while still caring. from what i know it creates safety and safety allows healing, clarity, and change. most powerful without spectacle from what i know people cecognise real kindness immediately in a voice, in timing, in how someone stays present. knowing once space deeply enough it is not an accident. even in harsh enviroments. kindness
