Ways Beyond Long COVID A Video Course for Self-Regulation and Inner Stability Beyond Long Covid is a guided meditation video course based on Daoist wisdom and Daoist medicine. It was created to support people recovering from Long Covid, exhaustion, or prolonged stress by rebuilding inner strength, stability, and connection. In Daoist understanding, external pathogens can move deeply into the layers of fluids, blood, and vital energy. When this happens, the body may lose part of its natural ability to regulate and restore itself. Many people therefore experience ongoing fatigue, nervous system stress, brain fog, or a feeling of not fully being back in life. The meditations are inspired by the Daoist understanding of the six layers and focus on restoring Tong — openness, flow, and inner communication. The body is given space to regulate, clear, and strengthen itself from within. The course also acknowledges the collective impact of the pandemic. Many people still carry stress, overwhelm, or inner stagnation. These meditations help reconnect with oneself and the body’s natural rhythm. The course includes 5, 20, and 30 minute meditations so even very weakened people can practice in a gentle and supportive way. The videos are designed to be practiced regularly. The meditations can be done lying down or sitting — whatever feels most supportive for the body in the moment. The practice is simple, accessible, and designed like a soft training program based on the balance of Yin and Yang, impulse and integration. This course was created through my experience supporting many Long Covid cases in my clinic.
