The work transform, Berlin, transform engages with the collective memory and the governance of a container — a city. At its core is an exploration of connection, participation, and recognition, and the movement that emerges from them.
Different locations across the city are continuously visited. The approach to what is present is examined and translated into visible form through various media. What is already there — conscious and unconscious — becomes the foundation for any development. Principles of inner alchemy (Nei Dan 内丹) inform this process: transformation does not arise from replacement, but from the attentive awareness, condensation, and transmutation of what already exists.
This raises the question: What happens when we meet a space with true presence — when we listen to its history, ask how it wants to evolve, and sense what it suffers from? Who shapes the collective space, if not ourselves?
The Matrix of the Frequency Hub Berlin is an open, self-activating space. Every interaction activates the entire field.
